Best Fantastico Web Hosts

When Netenberg created their CPanel extension known as Fantastico De Luxe, it is doubtful that even they would know how popular it would become. By letting hosting customers install dozens of different scripts with just a click, they made hosting both easier and more powerful, an unlikely pairing in this world of tradeoffs.

Fantastico’s popularity seems to just keep on growing, and with good reason. Whether you are a new web developer or a seasoned veteran, Fantastico offers an easy way to deploy a large number of open source web solutions without the fuss or headaches.

Unfortunately, a lot of less than top tier web hosts are adding Fantastico to their offerings as a way of shoring up their overall weakness. And so, like with any other hosting need, it is not enough to find just any Fantastico host, but to look at the bigger picture.

I’ve tried to find the best Fantastico hosts out there. Now, if you’ve looked around this site at all, this list may look familiar. In fact, my top Fantastico recommendations are almost the same as my top general Unix host recommendations. Not the result of laziness, I assure you. More a result of my appreciation for the value that Fantastico adds to these already solid web hosts.
